LATEST NEWS AND RUMORS
Justin Marks has signed an agreement to make his Nationwide Series debut at Circuit Gilles Villeneuve this year for Braun Racing. UPDATE: In addition to Braun driver Jason Leffler, Marks will have a teammate in Jacques Villeneuve. The former Formula 1 champion is the son of the track's namesake.
Second-generation driver Austin Dillon will likely move to either the Nationwide or Truck Series next season. The 18-year-old currently sits on top of the East Series points standings.
Sean Caisse, an ARCA RE/MAX Series and East Series driver, is rumored to be replacing Todd Bodine in the #30 Germain Racing truck in 2009, when Bodine tentatively plans to move to the Nationwide Series.
Randy Moss Motorsports is in the middle of plans for its 2009 season. It currently plans to field two teams, with one veteran and one rookie. Dennis Setzer, who drove for the team under its previous ownership, is being rumored for one of the rides.
Rumors are circulating that Paul Wolfe has left Braun Racing and will return to his former employer, Fitz Motorsports.
Ryan Newman has ended his eight year partnership with Penske Racing. His possible 2009 destinations include Richard Childress Racing and Stewart Haas Racing.
